CLIENT AGREEMENT
- The client shall reimburse photographer for any additional costs incurred for travel, meals, including reasonable costs necessary to perform the service beyond a 50 mile radius from Hayden, Idaho.
- Initial deposit is non-refundable should the client cancel the event or shoot within two weeks prior. If the photographer fails to appear on time and at location, the deposit will be fully refunded.
- The client is requested to cooperate with the photographer in obtaining the desired photos, for example: please specify scenes you would like to be captured. Photographer shall not be responsible for photos not taken as a result of client's failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation.
- The photographer retains copyright to all photos and grants the client unlimited, non-exclusive rights, to use or reproduce photos. Photos will be delivered via link to gallery after full payment.
- In the unlikely event that an emergency prevents the photographer from photographing the event or shoot, the photographer will make every effort to reschedule or find a suitable replacement.
- Processing may take up to eight weeks. Wedding season is May-September, please allow for longer processing times during peak season.
